• Droidvpn or troidvpn or finchvpn or openvpn
• 3G modem

Here we are dealing with openvpn and openvpn config file.
For PC and Android Both :

• Download  openvpn or nmdvpn for pc
• Download openvpn config from VPNBOOK.COM
• Extract Zip file 
• Add udp port 53 file from zip file into nmdvpn
• Fill Username and password(from vpnbook.com)
• Run Nmdvpn as administrator
• After few minuts connection established

Enjoy docomo 3g unlimited interent on PC.

For Droidvpn:

• Download  Droidvpn or troidvpn from play store
• Install and open Droidvpn 
• Register in Droidvpn(if have ignore)/Troidvpn(No registration)
• Open setting and fill your username and password
• Select Demo servers and Select Udp protocol
• Select Port 53 other remains 0
• Save and back
• connect

After hitting connect you will see that connection established in a second.This config give you only 100 MB per day. But you can use troidvpn for another 100 MB data.So you will get 200 MB data per day.
